By providing us with your mail address and/or mobile telephone number, you are consenting to us contacting you by email and/or SMS. We will need to use your contact information (such as your email address or postal address) to assist you with any bookings you make through our website. Using your personal information in this way is necessary for us to perform our contractual obligations to you.

Your badge will be scanned by us as you enter any of our events. We will use this information to record which event you visited and when. By allowing your badge to be scanned at an event, you are consenting to your information being processed in this way. If you do not wish for your information to be processed, please do not allow your badge to be scanned

We may disclose your personal information to selected third parties outside Harpe Technologies Ireland Ltd., including for processing purposes associated with payment processing, data cleansing and processing services, event badging, the supply of goods and services relating to the event, for website administration, or elsewhere when you have consented to such disclosures.
